EDEN KRAHN
I am a warm, compassionate, and collaborative counselor who enjoys working with pre-teens, teens, and adults. I believe every person has a story worth understanding, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
Whether I am working with a child struggling with anxiety or confidence, a teen navigating identity or change, or an adult facing stress, parenting, career demands, grief, or a difficult season of life, I help clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and move forward with greater confidence and hope.
I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University and provide counseling as a Master’s Level Counseling Intern under the supervision of Rebecca Muyres, LPC, CPCS, RPT-S, CCTP, CATP.
Before pursuing my calling as a counselor, I spent more than 13 years leading marketing initiatives for large-scale organizations. My professional experience has given me a unique understanding of workplace stress, burnout, career transitions, competing responsibilities, and the challenges of finding balance and purpose through different seasons of life.

Therapeutic Approach
My approach is relational, collaborative, and person-centered. I recognize that each client’s story is shaped by their experiences, relationships, family, culture, values, and beliefs.
Depending on each client’s age, needs, and goals, I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Multicultural Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we work to understand patterns, build practical coping skills, recognize strengths, and create meaningful change.
Faith-Based Counseling
For clients and families who desire it, I am happy to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith and values into the counseling process as a source of meaning, strength, and hope. Faith integration is always based on each client’s preferences and goals, and clients from all backgrounds and beliefs are welcomed and respected.
A Little More About Me
Outside of counseling, I am a wife and mother of three. My experiences with marriage, motherhood, career, and life transitions have deepened my appreciation for both the joys and complexities of different seasons of life.
My hope is to help clients feel understood, discover their strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, connection, purpose, and hope.
